My first writer is a young man that I've known for a long time. He has published his first book
of poems, and here is a sample of his work by Dwayne Kilbourne. His book is called
Reflections On Life's Roller Coaster Rides.

 Motivate

                Running to the music
               Clearing the mind for sure
The weight of the world on me
               Push forth for the cure

              Listen to the music
And lay it on the line
             Don't stop it right now
A little pain is just fine

            A path to nowhere
Or a trail full of love
            Keep running and running;
Go catch that sought out Dove

            Stretch out the legs
            And swing the arms wide
           Racing against the treadmill
           Fight and never hide

 Rules Of The Kleenex

Kleenex is soft paper, that will always be used
To wipe the nose clean, and wipe tears that are seen

After you wipe, it can not be reused
Not shoved in a pocket smashed, not slipped in a purse stash

Kleenex can not be recycled, that is a cardinal rule
Not for your own reason, not for any season

But if your not thinking, it's pulled out one more time
One more use again, will make it a habitual sin

Looking at it real good and think, one more go around
Is there one more spot to get, or just get rid of it

The last look at the Kleenex  may be a big decision
Do I throw it away, or in my stash spot it stays
